Together at Home: an after-school Arabic music club was set up to support Syrian families involved in the resettlement programme in Surrey. This programme was then rolled out to support Ukrainian families seeking refuge in Surrey.

“There was a clear increase in self-confidence as participants’ abilities developed on their instruments. There was much participation from them and more ownership over the music learnt and composed too. It was particularly great to see the enthusiasm and sense of achievement when challenged to try things which they did.
